Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in the same condition as received
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at support@lipnor.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A free prepaid return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your item
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately at support@lipnor.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order after your return is approved
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to:
- Cancel or return your order within 14 days
- Do so without providing a reason
Items must still meet standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: within 15 days

- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
